Adjustable Randomized Delays and Custom Tags 🔥

Delays between emails are now adjustable and randomized between a MIN and MAX value ⚙️
In order to protect your email domain, users are now able to set a minimum and maximum value in terms of seconds between emails sent. Human-like behavior is recreated by randomizing the time value in seconds between the set range ⏰ 


Make use of Custom Tags to create emails that make an impact 📥💥
Users are now able to use their own custom data and tags while uploading their data through CSV or Google sheet. Personalize your content and boost your open and click rates.

The Double Email Conditions and the Pabbly Connect Integration are now Live 📮📋

After loads of amazing feedback and suggestions, we prepared last week both the Pabbly Connect integration, have implemented double email conditions, and fixed our Zapier related issue 🧰🔭

1. Double Email Conditions. Instead of having the option to select just a single condition, users are now able to implement double email conditions. This will give you more freedom in preparing your beloved email campaigns 🗂️

2. Pabbly Connect. Besides that our Zapier integration has just been fixed, users are now able to integrate as well with Pabbly Connect. We are working already on new actions and triggers and they will be implemented accordingly. The Pabbly Connect integration can be found here:

What's coming up next week? 
- Custom Tags (ability to use and map your own tags).

A Bunch of New Features and Improvements💼🚀🤩

1. Clone Sequence. Users are now able to clone their existing campaigns. This means that you can simply clone well-performing campaigns so that you can set up any subsequent campaign (with another list for example) in just a matter of seconds 💙💙
2. Individual Email Opt-out status. You have no longer to guess who actually opted-out from your campaigns. Each individual email sent has now it's out opt-out status 
3. Export Campaign Results. We have builtt a quick feature that enables you to download your entire campaign results within just one click. Learn more about who opened, clicked, replied, and/or opted-out of your email campaign 🔎🕵
4. URLs that have been formed by tags/placeholders are now being tracked. There was a bug reported that whenever custom URLs were implemented in a campaign (www.sales.rocks/<firstname>), the actual links were not being tracked within the results, and clicks were not marked. This has been resolved✂️ 💼
5. Users can now change their email addresses. As a user, you are now able to change the actual email address that you want to log-in with to your account 📨
6. The Transactions and Subscription Plans are now hidden for non-admin users. We got a tiny step closer to our Agency Module. We got in quite some requests from the community, that company admins want to hide the subscription plan/company transactions to all non-admin users. This has been implemented, and non-admin users are no longer seeing the subscription plan the company profile is on / the company transactions.

Exciting news for the Drip Campaign fanatics among us 📧💼🚀

Our dedicated Drip-Campaign team made quite some steps during the last weeks. We have just launched two new functionalities:

**Custom Email delays ** Within the safety settings, users are now able to select the number of seconds to be implemented between each individual email sent. This is one of the features that will enable users to protect their treasured email reputation.

**Stop Sequence option when Reply comes in ** While building your campaign, users are now able to choose whether they want their campaign to continue (or not) whenever a reply comes in. This comes in particularly handy when you are continously sending articles through Sales.Rocks. On the other hand, you will have campaigns that should stop immediately when a reply comes in.

The registration process has been completely overhauled! 🔧🧰

Quite some users let us know that the registration process was certainly no smooth sailing due to the phone verification restrictions ⛵📞 We definitely had to something about this.

Therefore, we have removed the mandatory Phone/SMS verification procedure during our registration process. The confirmation link is now sent through an email which eliminates the prior issues that we had with our SMS-provider in certain countries.

For those that do want to use a Multi-Factor Authentication protocol: there is a MFA option in your Sales.Rocks user profile 🤙

Updates for 🐛 fixes from this week

  • No longer domain restrictions on the invite team member functionality. Users are now able to add new users from different domains so that it can also be used by agencies.

  • Increased daily email limits due to the possibility to add multiple email accounts to your drip campaign. That said Folks, keep in mind to keep your domains healthy 🍏

  • Our Chrome extension is almost there. Development made huge steps during the last weeks and added functionalities such as the “add to my list” functionality, proper pagination and multiple selection features. Stay tuned on this one!

  • Several visual bugs related to the Company and Contact Search have been picked up. Plus, Nace Codes and Industry descriptions are now properly displayed within both modules.

  • Multiple bugs were reported while updating your User profile. Users are no longer faced with error messages and disappearing phone details 👻.

  • The issue with moving contacts and/or companies to another list has been resolved, so feel free to start moving those contacts around.

  • Some users reached out to us that something went completely wrong with the Toolkit credit balance while verifying emails or phone numbers. This has been fixed and all taken credits are refunded.

  • Our native integration with Zoho CRM has been optimized and users can again export their contacts and companies into their accounts.

  • Thanks to your feedback on the Drip Campaign module, we were able to fix the following items:

  1. File attachment is now uploaded successfully.
  2. Edit content button has been fixed.
  3. Validation procedure when uploading a CSV file has been added.
  4. Ad-hoc bugs from multiple users have been fixed
  5. Content copying when opening different email nodes

Our Q3 wrap up!

We finalized our Q3 updates for Survey Platform.

The onboarding process has been completely revamped and is now just a beauty.

The web technology feature has been integrated into the contact and company search so that on both levels either companies or contacts can be searched upon more than 5500 technologies.

Additionally the user framework has been revamped with mylists, my exports and so on.

As the final touch we are really happy to have realeased the contact search for the Netherlands with many more to follow.

  • Rename list names
  • Create new list from (Company/Contact) Lists page. At the moment we need go to find companies, search, mark a company, click on add to list and then create list which is such a long process.

Allow full filter functionality in "My Lists" before export

Hello! Love Sales.Rocks so far. Well done.

I like to make broad searches, with 10,000+ results and save them as lists.

Then, depending on multiple criteria, I may want to filter that list before spending credits to export. This means I can have 1 list... Say, Dentists. I can then filter for use-case before export.

Currently I have to make multiple lists: Dentist Type A, Dentist Type B, Dentist Type C and so on. This makes for a messy 'My Lists' section.

Please add full filter functionality to the 'My Lists' sections!

Let the machine work to generate interested contacts, take in leads on form, or a bot... or what ever the action trigger is.

That's it.

Give me an (AUTO TOP-UP) so it can keep running with out a cap, and as well with a monthly limit for those of us working on a budget.

Email Messenger What's app Twitter Linked In Facebook Groups carrier pigeon ( what ever you can connect to ) ......let the campaign do the work!

and get the hardest part of sales out of the way. Which is to find the people who are interested... in your particular widget ( product /service ) ect.

I want to combine all you different tools here, inside your platform, and tun it into a single automated machine as a option.

Hi,

The email system do not pick up the letters we using in Scandinavia and i guess same for germans?.. If i want to email a man called Pär it says Hi Par.

So, that do not work really good... Hope its a QUICK fix!
