Redirect for naked subdomains
Subdomains setup in BlockSurvey can now redirect to the root domain if the subdomain is naked.
eg. forms.productstash.io/survey/abcde is usually the form url. When forms.productstash.io is typed on browser it would natively resolve to producstash.io. Previously it was resolving to blocksurvey.io.

Now any user can create slide view widdgets. By this on click of the widget you'll be able to open widget in sliding mode from left to right and right to left. This is ideally used for sharing product updates or release notes within the app.

The United Sates requires healthcare providers to operate HIPAA-Compliant systems and signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) contracts. Fyi, JotForm is already officially HIPAA compliant @ https://www.jotform.com/hipaa

It would be nice we set the default value for field, so we can record a response based on Hidden Variable or other field's response (with Assignment). Use case: * Client name * Collect values based on other responses, Assingment. Related feature: "Set query URL parameter values to answers"

Color palette/picker component for Question
Example question: "What color do you like ? Enter/coose your favorite color in HEX code (e.g. #ff0000)." Current: "Choose Single/Multiple" component with image could be used for the colors prepared by a surveyor. For any colors as what a user wanted, "Short Text" could be used but not user-friendly.

Hi,
We have a case that I want to use the form to set up referral program. In order to make it work, I will add key-value pairs like the userID at end of the form url, and then I want to capture the userID into hidden form field, and count how many user referred.

When creating output of survey data, e.g. employee engagement data, survey response data, it would be nice to be able to create (i) indvidual responses (e.g. a leadership profile) or (ii) aggregated data pie, bar, spider charts to visualize the information, export or email as a PDF.
